Press Release Summary: Insights into Caribbean Property Investments and Financial
Services at International Conference

Press Release Body: The international real estate investment world has been shaken
to its core by the recent global financial meltdown. The OPPLive Conference in
London, November 25-26th is shaping up to be the best ever, as international
property professionals are attending to find out what effect the recent events have
had on the overseas investment market. Delegates are coming in from real estate
businesses across the globe, including Russia, the Middle East, China, Asia and
mainland Europe. From the Caribbean, Katie Sosna, Offshore Financial Services
Director will represent Caribbean Land and Property in association with Caribpro.
These two companies who, when combined, offer the largest range of online real
estate investment services throughout the Caribbean and central America, are
delighted to be present and hosting a one-hour presentation with a question and
answer session.

This fourth annual OPPLive conference brings together the overseas property industry
at the huge ExCel Conference Centre, and is the only European based forum hosting
business to business real estate information exchange, debate, and networking
opportunities. In light of the recent global financial crisis, this tradeshow
provides an opportunity for the industry's most influential people to chart the
direction forward. OPPLive CEO Xavier Wiggins feels that "the show is arguably far
more important during these difficult trading conditions than in previous years."

The seminar will held by Katie Sosna together with International Real Estate
Consultant, Jason Kumpf from Caribpro on 26th November from 11:00-12:00 in Theatre
3. The session, entitled 'Profitable Possibilities and Partners in the Caribbean',
will reflect on how the Caribbean Real Estate market has been affected and, in some
cases, energised by the changing economic climate. It will also look at some of the
better investment and retirement programmes that ensure the expat buying process is
as smooth and profitable as possible; while also raising awareness of the
environmental and cultural responsibilities of developers, especially in the small
island nations.

Katie Sosna has many years of financial experience and her presentation will focus
on Economic Citizenship, Offshore Banking and International Business Company
formation. Working closely with the Dominican government and appointed citizenship
lawyers in St Kitts & Nevis, Katie facilitates applications to these islands
Economic Citizenship Programmes; the only two that remain in the Caribbean. With a
global client base she enjoys consulting and assisting small to large businesses,
individuals and even families whose reasons for investing in a second passport are
varied, ranging from tax planning, purchasing large properties for development, ease
of travel and citizens facing political instability.

Katie has also assisted thousands of clients in opening offshore bank accounts and
forming offshore companies. As well as presenting her insightful information during
the seminar, she will also be available throughout the conference to advise clients
on how to maximize their investments and gain a more secure platform from which to
do international business. "Excited rather understates it!" says Katie, "The
opportunity for me to meet with Russian clients new and old in London and to create
new partnerships in the Ukraine and other Eastern European States in just two days
will put me ahead by at least three months!"

Jason Kumpf comes to the event with vast experience in finance, analysis, business
development, sales, marketing and management, and will offer advice on how
international agents can work with local partners to increase sales opportunities.
His long time background in the luxury resort and hotel market with names like IMI
and Raffles, with whom he still partners occasionally, will offer unique insights to
the Caribbean resort industry. "This is the first time Katie and I have worked
together," he says, "and I can tell after my first meeting with her yesterday that
it's going to be a cracking seminar! I'd advise people to book early. The theatre is
not that big!" To further assist attendees, the organizers currently have a
two-for-one offer for those who buy a ticket before October 31st.

Caribbean Land and Property and Carib Pro are eagerly anticipating their first
appearance at this conference and plan to make their mark on the event with a
practical and valuable seminar.
